The Tradewind OTA Office is releasing the following Request for Proposal (RFP) to the Tradewind participant community:

IN3, the operator of the Tradewind OTA, is seeking responses to its initial RFP. 
This RFP is designed to identify Acquisition / Contract Management Software including Vendor Management to meet the requirements of the Tradewind initiative. 

Summary of Requirements

A total of two documents comprise the complete RFP package. One is an overview in PDF format 21-04-001 Tradewind Acquisition Platform RFP.pdf and the other is an accompanying MS Excel spreadsheet 21-04-001 Acquisition Software Requirements.xlsx
There are nine (9) categories each containing a list of the required items. Please respond to each item directly in the spreadsheet per the instructions in the spreadsheet.

Questions may be submitted to IN3 no later than 17:00 ET, 14 APR 2021 and will be accepted via email only. No phone inquiries will be accepted. Please submit questions to tradewind.submissions@in3indiana.com, and include the following text in your subject line: “21-04-001 Tradewind Acquisition Platform Questions – Firm Name”.

Deadline for Final Submission:
Final proposals may be submitted to IN3 no later than 17:00 ET, 16 APR 2021 and will be accepted via email only. No phone inquiries will be accepted. Please submit questions to tradewind.submissions@in3indiana.com, and include the following text in your subject line: “21-04-001 Tradewind Acquisition Platform Submission – Firm Name”.

All firms submitting a proposal will be notified of their response status by COB on 23 APR 2021.
